Upon confirmation, deposit (or minimum payment) of RM 500.00 (or USD 125.00) per pax to be paid
Deposit transferable but non refundable
If tour includes air fares, full payment of air fare before ticket issuance
60 days prior to tour, up to 50% of total tour fare to be paid
Full payment to be received 30 days prior to departure
Strictly no changes (especially reduction/downgrade of services) or refunds allowed 14 days prior to tour commencement
Cancellation Policy; Between 30 days to 15 days – up to 50% refund of Tour Fare (subject to Terms & Conditions) excluding cancellation fees. Less than 14 days – 100% no refund
All succesful refunds will be reimbursed within 30 days
We have the right to refund you (subject to any fees) and cancel your tour with substantiated reason in writing
