All Tour Packages & Bookings (unless specified)
- Upon confirmation, deposit (or minimum payment) of RM 500.00 (or USD 125.00) per pax to be paid
- Deposit transferable but non refundable
- If tour includes air fares, full payment of air fare before ticket issuance
- 60 days prior to tour, up to 50% of total tour fare to be paid
- Full payment to be received 30 days prior to departure
- Strictly no changes (especially reduction/downgrade of services) or refunds allowed 14 days prior to tour commencement
- Cancellation Policy; Between 30 days to 15 days – up to 50% refund of Tour Fare (subject to Terms & Conditions) excluding cancellation fees. Less than 14 days – 100% no refund
- All succesful refunds will be reimbursed within 30 days
- We have the right to refund you (subject to any fees) and cancel your tour with substantiated reason in writing
