The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram Strip

The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip is a Greg Norman design on the southern coast of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, about 80 km southeast of Ho Chi Minh City. It opened in 2014 on a coastal plateau with around 50 metres of elevation change, with holes routed among seaside dunes. The course plays in a links style, with sandy, free-draining soil and strong onshore winds that shape play. It is par 71 and is listed at about 7,000 yards from the back tees. The fourth hole is described as a signature, offering a wide view over the course, the forest and the coast. The course is part of the Grand Ho Tram Strip resort, with a large clubhouse, dining, a PGA-run golf academy and driving range, and the resort's hotel, spa and pool.
