Thanh Lanh Valley Golf & Resort

Thanh Lanh Valley Golf & Resort is an 18-hole course designed by Sir Nick Faldo in the Tam Dao foothills of Vinh Phuc Province, roughly 65 km north-west of Hanoi. It is listed as opening in 2021 and is described as sitting at about 1,000 m above sea level with a cooler climate than the capital. The layout uses Thanh Lanh Lake and the surrounding valley, with a peninsula jutting into the lake holding some of the most scenic holes and the closing holes running along the lake shore toward the clubhouse. Hillside, parkland and a short links-style section give variety, with natural streams and generous fairway widths. At 7,045 yards from the back tees it offers five tee sets. Facilities include a castle-style clubhouse, driving range, restaurants, spa, swimming pool, tennis and villas.
