St Andrews 2000 Golf Club

St Andrews 2000 is a Desmond Muirhead design in Rayong province, about 40-45 minutes from Pattaya, set on hilly ground. It plays to par 74 because of two par-6 holes, the 4th and 13th, with the 13th quoted at around 910 yards. The course features large multi-tiered greens, sandy waste areas, deep bunkers, rocky outcrops and water hazards, and is regarded as a demanding, unconventional test best suited to lower handicappers. Back-tee length is over 7,500 yards. It shares a clubhouse with the neighbouring Rayong Green Valley and Silky Oak courses, and caddies and carts are compulsory.
