Siam Country Club (Plantation Course), Pattaya
The Plantation Course opened in 2008 on former pineapple land and is a 27-hole Schmidt-Curley Design (Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley) layout, split into the Sugar Cane, Tapioca and Pineapple nines. It is known for noticeable elevation change, wide fairways and large, rugged bunkers. Any two nines make an 18, with the Sugar Cane and Tapioca pairing quoted at par 72, rated 76.1, at around 7,490 yards. The course staged the 2009 Honda LPGA Thailand and the 2015 Thailand Open, co-sanctioned by the Japan Golf Tour and OneAsia. It is the only 27-hole course of the four at Siam Country Club.
