Phoenix Gold Golf & Country Club

Phoenix Gold is a 27-hole club in the hills south-east of Pattaya, around 15-20 km from the city past Jomtien, with three nines named Ocean, Lake and Mountain. It was originally designed by Dennis Griffiths in the early 1990s and received a redevelopment in 2015 under a new owner. The terrain is wooded, rolling parkland with views of the surrounding hills and, from some holes, the Gulf of Thailand. The Lake nine includes a demanding dogleg par 4 around water, while the Ocean nine finishes with a par 5 from the highest tee on the property. The club has hosted professional tour events in recent years.
