Palm Garden Golf Club

Palm Garden Golf Club is a public-access club inside IOI Resort City, Putrajaya, about 20 minutes' drive south of central Kuala Lumpur. It opened in the early 1990s with 27 holes and was reworked in 2009 into a single 18-hole course, played as two nines called Eugenia and Bismarck. The front nine is mostly palm-lined parkland on rolling ground, while the back nine brings in a network of lakes designed to blend with the nearby Putrajaya wetlands. The best-known hole is the par-3 17th, played to an island green. Some holes are floodlit for evening play. Facilities include an automated driving range, a golf academy, a clubhouse with cafes, a pool and gym, and event venues, with hotels close by in IOI Resort City. Good to know: Sunday afternoon rate RM430. Buggies allowed on fairways (subject to club and weather).
