Muang Kaew Golf Course

Muang Kaew Golf Course lies along the Bangna-Trad Highway at about kilometre 7.7, roughly 20 minutes from central Bangkok and the Suvarnabhumi airport area. The 18-hole layout is relatively flat and easy to walk, with wide fairways, Paspalum fairway grass and Tiff Eagle greens, many of them elevated and ringed with run-off areas. The highway cuts across the course between holes 12 and 13, and the par-5 13th is a risk-and-reward hole played over a large lake. The back nine is generally regarded as the stronger half, and the round closes with a par 5 with a hidden pond guarding the green. It measures about 7,015 yards from the back tees. Facilities include restaurants, accommodation, a spa and massage service and a swimming pool, but no driving range.
