Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (East Course)
The East Course is the shorter of the two 18-hole layouts at Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club, set in the green Bukit Kiara area west of the city centre. It first opened in 1991 and was rebuilt by Parslow & Winter Golf Design, reopening in 2010 with a revised routing and areas of wetland and native forest kept out of play. It is a parkland course with changes in elevation, colourful planting and plenty of water. Notable features include an island tee on the 8th, reached by a boardwalk over wetlands, an island green on the short par-3 15th, and double greens shared by holes 2, 12 and 18. The course hosted the LPGA Tour's Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia from 2010 to 2017. The club offers a driving range, a golf academy and a wide range of dining and sports facilities. Good to know: The East Course is currently under renovation. Buggies on cart paths only.
