Jade Island International Golf Club
Jade Island is an 18-hole course in Beijing, a short drive from Beijing Capital International Airport, designed by Australian architect Tony Cashmore. It was built on flat, previously unattractive land and Cashmore added lakes, creeks and waterfalls to give it character. The bunkering is scraped and irregular and the greens are tight and flowing. It opened for play in 2008, with an official opening the following summer. Par is 71 (35 out, 36 in).
