Horizon Hills Golf & Country Club

Horizon Hills Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole championship course set within the Horizon Hills township at Iskandar Puteri (Nusajaya), Johor. It was laid out by Australian architect Ross Watson and opened in 2008. The layout uses elevated tees and greens, lakes, waterfalls, fairway bunkers and mounding, and reviewers describe it as a parkland-style test with plenty of water in play. The course staged the Asian Tour's Iskandar Johor Open from 2010 to 2012, with Padraig Harrington, Joost Luiten and Sergio Garcia as the three winners. The clubhouse, designed by Argentine architect Ernesto Bedmar, adds a pro shop, restaurants, a ballroom, gymnasium, tennis courts and an Olympic-size swimming pool.
