Chee Chan Golf Resort

Chee Chan is an 18-hole course in the countryside south-east of Pattaya, designed by David Dale of the California firm Golf Plan. The ground is gently rolling parkland with generous fairways, several lakes and ponds (mostly on the front nine) and stylish bunkering around the fairways and greens. The Khao Chee Chan Buddha image carved into a nearby limestone hill is visible from much of the round. The 2nd is a par 5 with water running down the left side from tee to green. The course sits near the Silverlake vineyard area and has a PGA-affiliated academy; carts and caddies are compulsory for visitors.
