A'Famosa Golf Resort

A'Famosa Golf Resort is part of a large integrated resort of about 520 hectares near Alor Gajah in Melaka. It offers 27 holes of parkland golf in three nines named Rockies, Palm and Crocodile, laid out by Ross Watson. The Rockies and Palm nines are combined into the main 18-hole round at par 72, and each nine is par 36. The Rockies nine features boulder outcrops and is floodlit for night play, while the Palm nine is regarded as the most scenic and the Crocodile nine has a crocodile pit beside the island green of the par-4 7th. Visitors are asked to book ahead, and the golf is set alongside the resort's hotel and leisure facilities. Good to know: Caddie optional: RM100, paid at the counter.
