Orna Golf & Country Club is one of the most challenging courses in the south of Peninsula Malaysia, characterized by heavily mounded fairways, huge bunkers and large lakes.
Designed by American architect Andy Dye, the golf course consists of three nine-hole loops. The 3,297-metre East Course challenges golfers with a healthy dose of water, while the fully-lit West Course measures a hefty 3,400 metres - these two nines make up Orna's championship combination.
The 2,911-metre North Course is designed to be the shortest and easiest of the trio. The signature hole is the par-three 12th of the West Course that plays from elevated tees to a dramatic island green.
The distinctive clubhouse offers a wide range of recreational facilities and is famed for its 350-capacity Chinese restaurant, which is a popular venue for weddings and other banquets.
Green fees are RM98.40 on weekdays, RM179 on weekends. Buggies cost RM69.80 and caddies RM36
Orna is located just 15 minutes' drive from the Ayer Keroh interchange of the North South Highway and 25 minutes from Melaka city.
