Lembah Beringin Golf Club is a demanding, 5897-metre course with sloping and narrow fairways which makes it necessary to keep the ball straight and on the fairway.
The greens underwent a major renovation in 2006 by Saujana Scape & Greens and were returfed with Tiftagle, making them fast and challenging. Water comes into play on a number of holes in the form of ponds and streams along the fairways, while bunkers await to catch wayward shots.
Beginners would find the course difficult and need to bring lots of balls while those with handicaps of 18 and below will find it enjoyable and challenging. The course punishes wayward shots and so a fairway wood or hybrid off the tee is advisable on many holes.
Green fees are extremely reasonable, starting from RM65 including buggy. Contact the club for latest rates and promotions.
