One of the most active golf clubs in the country, Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort offers an interesting 18-hole course designed by Australian architect Max Wexler.
Built as the centrepiece of upmarket housing, the par 72,
6.228-metre layout meanders its way past bungalows and condominiums but still maintains a natural teel due to the presence of numerous trees and lakes. There's a good mix of holes where all-out nitting from the tees is possible, along with those where strategic play is preferable.
The signature hole is the 350-metre, par four 18th where golfers nave to clear a stream about Iyu metres from the tees to reach the landing area. From there play is uphill towards the undulating green, guarded by a bunker complex to the left.
The bustling clubhouse is a hive of activity and offers the full range of recreational, sports and social activities.
