i. Golf Booking (Per Round) Cancellation Fee:
More than 8 days: RM 30 to RM 50 per pax
Less than 8 days: RM 100 to RM 120 per pax
Within 72 hours: No Refund
ii. Hotel Booking (Per Night) Cancellation Fee:
More than 14 days: RM 30 to RM 50 per room night
More than 10 days: RM 100 to RM 120 per room night
Within 9 days: No Refund
iii. Transportation (Per Tour) Cancellation Fee:
More than 8 days: RM 100 to RM 200 per vehicle
Within 7 days: No Refund

A. Refund process will take approximately 30 days. Refund will be made back to account where payment was received

Standard Guideline Cancellation Policy does not include extra administration fees, special promotions clause, arbitration, bank fees, currency exchange losses, special conditions, deposit forfeiture (partial or whole) or any extra services fees (local taxes & gratuities applicable) which are not mentioned
