Owned by the Sime Darby Group, Harvard Golf & Country Club's history dates back to 1927 when British administrators and planters formed a country club and built a nine-hole course. The club was a popular social and golfing hub during colonial times.
While the original course is no longer in use, Harvard today offers 18 holes of pleasant golf in an idyllic setting.
Comprising the 3,131-metre Jerai Nine and 3,087-metre Guthrie Nine crafted by Malaysian professional Bobby Lim, the layout meanders its way through undulating terrain and is lined by mature trees. Great views of Gunung Jerai and its foothills can be enjoyed on many holes.
Green fees are RM85 on weekdays and RM135 on weekends, inclusive of buggy.
The resort is a popular destination for team-building activities with the Harvard Adventure Camp offering a range of outdoor activities including an obstacle course, while the Harvard Suasana Hotel offers comfortable accommodation for those who wish to indulge in a golfing getaway.
